3. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

All orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners.

As we operate with global suppliers, your package may be shipped from an international warehouse.

Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Package weight

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


5. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Important:

  • If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

  • Customers must ensure that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Unclaimed parcel

Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
